That big mansion on the shore – is that a private home?

Do we know if she has a stern gate, or the ability to ballast down? Great pictures! Looks similar to my old ship. But, this one is obviously much larger.
This would make a perfect Joint Support Ship for the Royal Canadian Navy!!
