Yesterday, Russian large landing ship 151 Azov, passed through the Dardanelles and entered the Aegean Sea second time in the last 22 days. Although her destination is not publicly declared, it is safe to assume that she is heading to Tartus, Syria.
The photo on the left is from 17 January and the photo on the right is from 8th January. I am not quite certain, but it looks as if an electro-optical sensor has been added to the stern mast of the Azov. Would it be possible to install such a device in the few days she spent in port? Or am I chasing shadows? I am open to any suggestions.
I dont see?
I’m quite sure as well. This is why I have asked
Is it a little bit heavier on its way back to Syria?
Sorry for wrong posting, but I can´t find your email. Interesting: A Russian think tank War game (air-sea battle), between Russian and Turkish Navy in the Black Sea – without nukes. The Turkish Navy is the winner.
