>USS McFaul reenters Black Sea

>US destroyer USS McFaul reentered Black Sea on 13th September 2008.
Previously she was in the Black Sea between 22nd august and 2nd September. According to Montreux Treaty if a non Black Sea nation wishes to send a warship to Black Sea this nation has to apply 5- 8 days before the passage of the warship. Thus USA must have applied for the reentry as soon as McFaul left Black Sea.
This time she can stay until 4th October 2008 Saturday. Currently the other non Black Sea nation warship in the region is USNS Pathfinder, a research vessel.
